Unless the merchandise received is damaged, defective, or has an extenuating circumstance (for example, the wrong ring size or the item is not suitable for you), Celestial Treasures Network does not accept returns. For orders that are received in a damaged or defective condition, are missing items from the order, or have extenuating circumstances, notification must be made to Celestial Treasures Networkwithin 15 days from the date the order was received. An RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) must be issued before any merchandise can be returned for replacement or missing items sent. A damaged or defective item will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Missing items will be shipped at no cost to the customer. Celestial Treasures Network will be responsible for the filing of any claims with the shipper for damages of orders that Celestial Treasures Network ships. Shipping costs for returning approved merchandise is at the expense of the customer. Celestial Treasures Network recommends obtaining insurance for the return. Any damaged returns are the responsibility of the customer to pursue with the shipper. Credit will not be given for any damaged returns.
Order discrepancies must be reported within 3 days from the receipt of the merchandise. Notify Celestial Treasures Network by email at email@example.com or by calling (305) 461-2341. Please have the original invoice number to refer to. Only items approved and given an RMA (return merchandise authorization) by Celestial Treasures Network may be returned. The RMA must be written on the outside package of the return. Returns made without the RMA will be refused. This includes damaged items. No returns will be allowed when claims are made after 15 days from the date of delivery.
All items must be returned in the same “brand new” condition in which the products were received. Merchandise such as tarot cards, CDs, DVDs, and books that were sent in sealed packaging must be returned unopened. All approved returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges for returns are not refundable. It is recommended that returns be made with the purchase of insurance. If Celestial Treasures Network receives the item being returned in a damaged condition, no return credit will be allowed.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise Policy
Celestial Treasures Network will replace any item that the company has determined to be defective or damaged item for another item that is the same product item, unless that item is not available. The customer may apply the cost of that unavailable item towards another item of the customer’s choice.
The following items may not be returned: Custom made products, perishable products, oils, herbs, candles, soaps, waters, books, t-shirts, clothing, sealed items that have been opened. No item may be returned without prior approval.
Services Refund Policy
There is none. Since services cannot be returned, they cannot be refunded. Celestial Treasures Network makes no claims to the accuracy or validity of any psychic or intuitive consultation service.
